Overview
This course explains key concepts and procedures of the Internal Management System (IMS) as outlined in the Fair Trade USA Agricultural Production Standard, which is designed to support the implementation and monitoring of the standard at all sites included within the scope of the Certificate.
The content is organized into three main sessions: IMS planning, IMS implementation, and conducting Internal Audits.
This material does not replace a thorough reading of the Agricultural Production Standard.

This course is intended for Certificate holders of the Fair Trade USA Agricultural Production Standard.
The content is also useful for the Internal Management System administrator, internal auditors, and those involved in the complaints system.
